This is a tool for you and me. It will help me talk about the journey that I am taking as I dive into the world of Gastric Bypass surgery and all the "roller coaster" emotions that come with it. The first thing I'm going to share is that the internet is an amazing avenue for information. Please use it to understand and learn as much as you can. The second thing I'm going to tell you is (and I'm stealing this from a few of the blogs I read) that weight loss surgery is not the "end all, be all" answer. It is not something that you jump into blindly, it's a tool to be healthy and live a full life.
Having said all that, I haven't even had surgery yet. You will be taking this roller coaster ride with me.
